25% Referral Guaranty
Through its agents, Immobilier Himalaya Real Estate Corp., commits to remit 25% of its commission to the referring broker.

Seller
Through its agents, Immobilier Himalaya Real Estate Corp, commits to sharing its commission in an optimal manner (50/50 Collaborator Guaranty and 25% Referral Guaranty) with collaborating or referring agents in order to ensure collaboration and respect and to favour the accomplishment of transactions.

Objective
The objective of these measures is to favour the interests of the seller and the buyer within a collaborating environment.
